These terms apply to the JAC Exam Prep website (JAC.jharkhandexamprep.com) and the JAC Exam Prep Android app (together, the Service). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Use of the Service

The Service is free and is meant for personal, non-commercial study. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Study material

Notes, PDFs, question papers and other material are shared to help students prepare. Some material is taken from public sources such as JAC and NCERT, and remains the property of its respective owners. You may download it for your own study. You may not sell it, repackage it, or republish it as your own.

Accuracy

We try to keep content correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error free or current. Syllabus, exam dates, results and rules can change. Always confirm with the official JAC website and your school before relying on anything here.

Results and updates

Results, dates, notices and links are collected from official sources for convenience. They are not official and may be delayed or incorrect. The official result is the one published by JAC.

Advertising and third-party links

The Service shows ads and links to other websites and services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Using them is at your own risk.

Intellectual property

The design, name, logo and original content of the Service belong to Sarkari Diary. Other names and marks belong to their owners. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to us and we will review and act promptly.

Availability

The Service is provided as is and as available. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time without notice, and we do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Sarkari Diary is not liable for any loss, including marks, admission or career outcomes, arising from your use of the Service or from relying on its content.
